Excellent location and great space for recovery

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Palermo. The apartment is in a nice location. It is close to all the sites, but not so close that you need to worry about noise. The apartment has lots of space and amenities. There are plenty of shops close by. We were able to check in early, so that made our arrival in Palermo easier.

Nice host. Great location just next to Quattro Canti. I booked an apartment but when I arrived I got a small room (but I did receive some compensation). Room had a great sunny terrace.

The host was super friendly and helpful! We were centrally located and in walking distance to old town. Best location for Palermo however, if you have mobility issues this would bot be the best option as the room had narrow stairs to access

Historical Palazzo, Bohemian Ethic

Mojo CoHouse is an unconventional, bohemian live/work space in an historical palazzo, with a shared kitchen and relaxation spaces. I loved the feeling of independence here. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, who provided lots of useful information during and after check-in. The building is situated perfectly for easy access to Via Maqueda, La Vucciria, and La Kalsa, with plenty of dining, shopping, and interesting wandering-around nearby. The train station/bus terminal is a short, direct walk away, down Via Roma. I had a great couple of nights here, and would definitely come back. -KW

The bedroom was really cleaned upon arrival and good size with air conditioning which was a plus. The bedroom however was not cleaned once during our stay and since we had been to the beach we had sand on the floor and a sweep would have been appreciated. We also had a tiny balcony which was really good for drying swim suit which was on top floor on a quietish street so it felt safe. We did not see any staff at all during our stay but this was not inconvenient. Also we had to register online upon arrival with loading our passport details using a link via WhatsApp which was new to us. Overall would recommend this property very well located in city center.

Just delightful

This was just excellent. Communication was stellar all the way through. Giuseppe was so warm and friendly, helpful with all kinds of suggestions for how to get around and see the city. We loved the ethos of the place - shared kitchen and very cozy and hospitable in all respects. We had a lovely time and can’t wait to visit again!

Posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi e come suggerito dal proprietario,per perdersi tra i vicoli e le strade dove l'occhio quasi si stanca da tanto che ha da vedere e guardare. Servizi,bar, ristoranti, supermercati tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Il mare in fondo alla strada..si è immersi in tutto ciò che serve. La struttura sembra uscita da un libro di Lewis Caroll. Gli spazi condivisi sono una contnuia scoperta, il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Camere grandi e ben strutturate. Consiglio per vivere un'esperienza di soggiorno diversa. Gli ampi siffitti diffondono il sonoro che è una meraviglia ma è un piccolo prezzo da pagare.

Skulle säga att MojoCoHouse är en hybrid mellan hotell och vandrarhem. Helt ok för några dagar. Läget är ultimat i gamla delarba men närhet till alla. Bättre kunde vi nästan inte finna. Duchkabinen är väldigt liten men plus med dörrar så inte hela badrummet blir vått när man duchar som på så många andra ställen vi varit på. Personalen är sena på att svara via whatsapp tyvärr. Inget lyx här alls men bra budgetalternativ men ett utmärkt centralt läge.

Die Unterkunft liegt in toller Lage - ideal, um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist groß, klimatisiert und bietet insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zu beachten ist, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Man bekommt viel von dem mit, was im Flur oder draußen vor sich geht. Gespräche wirken teilweise, als würden sie direkt im Zimmer stattfinden. In der angrenzenden Gasse befindet sich zudem ein Treffpunkt, an dem es abends und nachts etwas lauter werden kann. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollte Ohrstöpsel oder Kopfhörer mit Geräuschunterdrückung einplanen. Während des Aufenthalts erfolgt keine Zwischenreinigung des Zimmers, das sollte man vorab wissen.

This is a superb accommodation for the price. The owner, who renovated this 3rd floor (yes there’s an elevator) cluster of rooms into a hotel, has created a comfortable bohemian space. I highly recommend this hotel.
