Very pretty room in a nice part of town. Super walkable too, you’re about 3 minutes away from Via Vittorio Emanuele and about 5 minutes from the waterfront. Would book again

The building had a very musty odor in the stair well and our room overlooked roofs where cats were fed and lingered resulting in the strong smell of cat urine. We are cat lovers and enjoyed watching them but we couldn’t open the windows which affected ventilation when showering or using the toilet. A/c worked well and we had room to rest our luggage on the extra single bed. The location was handy to supermarket and plenty of dining options.

Beautiful room. Thankfully we had the washroom inside the room. 😊 Convenient, full grocery store downstairs! Lots of great restaurants around. Definitely a safe area, though we weren’t out too late.

As recommended by the property I parked for free out of the ZTL however I was harassed by un-authorized parking attendants. Not an issue with the property, just an issue with Palermo in general.

The service is very friendly but what troubled me was that there were no information about what time the breakfast would be and the guy who manage the B&B didn´t answer my message regarding it until in the morning when the breakfast was ready to be served. Quality of the breakfast was good Italian standard + bruchetta or likewise 2 of 3 mornings. Location is good with 15 minutes to Palermo Centrale.

Top saubere, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles sehr anonym. Kontakt nur per Email. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat sehr zuverlässig geantwortet, ein anderer hat gar nicht auf Anfragen reagiert.Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wasserpumpe macht Lärm sobald irgendjemand Wasser laufen lässt. Das habe ich vor allem nachts als sehr störend empfunden.

A clean place with a central location

The place has an excellent location and a modern interior, good air condition. The room had a strange smell that quickly passed once you entered, but it did not stop us from booking another night

Palermo B&B with good location

Lovely 3 unit B&B in the heart of Palermo. The hosts do not live onsite but are easily reached by phone or email. The breakfast was delicious with many options to fill up before a day of sightseeing. It is located next to a supermarket where we stocked up on supplies. No need for a car as Palermo is very walkable and all the sights are within reach on foot. 2 of the units are larger with insulte bathroom. Our room had access to a bathroom just a few steps outside our room in the communal hallway. It was fine.

the service is awful, not responding, hanging up my calls when I arrived and nobody was there to open the door so I had to wait near the door for about 30 minutes until somebody will answer and arrive to open

There are so many properties around THE Piazza Marina that it would be useful to have the name of this property a little different, so that those who were unfamiliar with the vicinity could ask locals for guidance in finding the right door!

The owners are so accommodating with our requested time to check in, hold our luggage after we checked out until we were ready to leave for our next stop. They are very knowledgeable about the town, and gave us very good tips on where to visit, to eat... The room is very clean. We could not ask for more. We are just so happy with BB Palermo, and feel fortunate to stay there. 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

Nice place, location.

Very nice place, great location. Nice people, tough to find parking, I was lucky but after 20 min. Driving through streets designed for a smart car. Lol. But it’s everywhere. I’d stay over again.

Smack bang in the middle of fun

A great B&B located in the heart of the city with great food and drink just round the corner and a stop for the city sightseeing tour over the road, you can’t beat it for location and the staff and rooms are great too would definitely recommend for city exploring

Check in molto comodo, anche arrivando alle 23 non abbiamo avuto problemi. Colazione buona, con cannoli e torte locali. Pulizia della camera buona, forse si potrebbe fare un pochino meglio. Camera molto carina anche se per niente luminosa, dato che affacciava su un muro interno. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerando la posizione perfetta e centrale.

I miei commenti riguardano non Piazza Marina ma I Vicere', guest house che i proprietari ci hanno fornito in sostituzione della struttura originale. Ci sono venuti a prendere dal porto, cosa non prevista ma molto ben gradita. B&B in un condominio antico, zona Teatro Massimo, spettacolare il vecchio ascensore degli Anni Dieci. Comunque non vi servirà più di tanto: la struttura è pressoché al piano terra. Stanza con bagno carina e grande, forse la più grande e (sempre forse) l'unica con bagno privato direttamente in camera. Carino anche lo spazio per la colazione. Cibo sfizioso, profumato e invitante, soprattutto gli appetizer salati. Bagno funzionale, a tratti però rumoroso ogni volta che si apriva l'acqua. Pulizia ok. Luca, Veronica ed Eleonora gentili e competenti. Bella l'idea della mappa del centro storico con i luoghi consigliati (culturali e culinari) scaricabile anche con QR code.

Ravis !!

Nous avons eu un mal fou à trouver l'emplacement !!! Il s'agit d'un appartement dans un immeuble, donc d'une simple sonnette ! Pas facile ! Mais quelle surprise en arrivant, La chambre est impeccable, les hôtes adorables, petit déjeuner avec les spécialités locales. L'emplacement est IDÉAL !! Tout le centre historique à pied, proche d'excellent restaurant et parc trop mignon. On dort extrêmement bien, c'est calme, climatisée, et literie parfaite (oreiller à mémoire de forme!!) Nous avons adoré notre séjour (2 nuits). Encore merci :)
