Great location in the old city

This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). But I shouldn't quibble as we had a great time!

Disappointing

Not really wort it. Very noisy at all hours. Also a lot of surrounding construction noise during daylight hours. Management responsiveness and communication very poor (Italian and English). Extremely hostile to minor changes even when notified weeks in advance by renter and Hotels.com. Modest accommodation overpriced for Central Palermo. You can do much better.
