Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the interesting places . Amazing restaurants around open till late. Spinnato perfect for all day coffee and Italian pastries.

Wonderful breakfast for €5,00!! With many food options. Very comfortable king bed with multiple pillows. Large bathroom with very large shower with special lighting system, that you can easily program yourself, large fluffy towels. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Windows that open. Room air-conditioning. Refrigerator and safe in room. Simply Wonderful place to stay!!!

nice little spot

It is a great spot. Close to everything. like an apartment, 6 units in an apartment building. Codes to get into the building made it very easy. Price was incredible. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great option if you like the location!

Very cozy hotel with ability to self check-in. Front desk is not staffed 24h, so be aware. There is ability to leave luggage but it will not be guarded or kept behind a lock, FYI. I had a double which had a huge bathroom and a nice terrace to the street. Street noise was not bad, and I'm a fairly light sleeper. Breakfast available 8:30-10 only. They'll kindly ask which time you plan to eat and if you have a preference of sweet or savory.

A nice stay

Me and my girlfriend were overall very pleased with our stay. It was clean and nice rooms, and we got good help from the receptionist. We didn't expect actually that it was more like renting an apartment than a hotel, but it was nice anyways. We did not understand the system of how to get into the bathroom (wich is not in the room), but when we got the hang of it, it wasn't an issue. We checked in when the reception was closed, so if we had checked in while the reception was open, we would probably have got help from the lovely receptionist who was very service minded. Overall, it was cheap, central location, clean, nice rooms and a great receptionist. But we probably should mention that we would have liked the bathroom to be inside the room and we think the breakfast was average. Apart from this, a very nice stay and will recommend this place to others.

Avoid at any cost if travelling for business

When travelling for work, last thing one needs is "chasing" the hotel staff to get checked in. This was exactly the case with this hotel. Checkin says "from 16:00" but staff is present only between 18:00 and 19:30. Otherwise you need to "e-checkin" requiring to send your personal data via email or whatsapp. Also, there was nice surprise: my room did not have bathroom, so I had to complete another series of "quests" to get a shower and not being locked out of my bedroom. The bedroom was OK, everything was nicely price-tagged so that guest could know what not to be touched...

The room, amenities, facilities and property overall were excellent, conforming to what we had been offered in terms of quality and services. The owners and staff were attentive and helpful, the location is excellent for walking to main attractions, shopping and dining, and is next to a stop for the airport shuttle bus. Very good breakfast, accurate and practical information for visitors, and high standards for customer care. I would highly recommend to stay at Residenza Wagner.

A great place to stay while exploring Palermo. The host (Julia) is amazing and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed twice at this place. First they send some instructions to get into the Hotel while we were getting there taking 3 long plane flights, for some reason we could download the instructions and we could not get in to the place, we called at the phone number and the person will not give us the information how to get in by phone so we had to wait after a long trip for the assistant to appear. After that I suggested to send this information well ahead of time, not the arrival day. We had to return at a second time, the room was paid off and no return money by then. So we arrived and now we had the info to get in, we found a charming couple from Spain having the same problem we had, and we reached the hotel, there was a cleaning woman saying the she had instructions not to let us in. We called again and they let our luggage in while the assistant will show up later to register. We were met by the owner scolding us for not following his orders, "his house his rules" and he said he is a lawyer and if we give the hotel a bad review he will sue us, all he cares is for his altar of review awards at his hotel, I recommend Hotels.con and Expedia to drop this hotel from your listing. No guest should go through this experience. We never use a bad word nor scalated the confrontation, I asked him to give me the key of the room I paid for and I will not waste my time arguing nonesense. I travel a lot but this is the WORST

Pas fabuleux du tout. Plutôt banal.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel. Il ne propose pas les services classiques d’un hôtel. Le check-in se fait sur RV pris au moins 24H à l’avance. Même chose en partant. La junior suite avait un espace salon ( canapé et deux fauteuils) mais pas de table basse. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas ... et personne à qui demander de l’aide !! Et surtout, déception suprême, un petit déjeuner très bas de gamme !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’accueil était très chaleureux et le personnel était dévoué et agréable. Les services proposés sont très satisfaisants, notamment le petit-déjeuner doté d’un large choix, à la fois en sucré et en salé. Et la localisation, au centre-ville de Palerme, est idéale. Je recommande vivement.
