"Hotel has great location, parking and accessibility but the rooms need urgent remodeling. Had to change rooms because of sounds from outside and bad toilet. Next room assign was quieter but still issues with toilet."

"The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The kitchen is stocked well and the refrigerator/freezer is a great size. Their breakfast is perfect with a variety of hot meal options as well as other, lighter meals. The staff are all very friendly and keep the place clean. This is my favorite place"

"We arrived and they gave us a room that someone was already occupying. The staff gave us another room and this room was dirty and the beds were not made. "

"The room was filthy. Looked nothing like the clean & crisp photos they used to advertise. Only the outlets closer to the door and window worked. My first morning there I was greeted by 2 roaches, and requested a room change due to the outlets and roach situation. The front desk said there was nothing that they could do. So I said I spent money to stay here with roaches and bad outlets? There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Walls dirty, floors filthy, room was in overall bad shape. You can hear the guests staying above you, and both neighbors. Ashamed to say I spent over 700 dollars to stay here for 4 days. Room 436 is terrible. I only booked this place because the photos and proximity to where I needed to be. I wouldn’t have stayed here. Be cautious when booking this place. Honestly, it’s terrible and probably a soon to be safety risk. No photos, I didn’t want to remember staying here. "

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff . Very clean. Outdoor pool was great for the kids. Only problem was that it is quite isolated and we had to hire transportation to do anything. "

"The room was good. The tennis was a little run down and the tape lines for the pickleball court was coming up. They gave us a high pressure push and would not let up for us to make appointment to listen to a time share pitch. I will not be going back there again."
