This property is the best located property in Palm Desert. It is a totally renovated, beautifully decorated gem! You can easily walk to almost anyplace that you might want to visit in Palm Desert. It has a private pool, tenant is responsible for expenses heating the pool (in addition to the private pool there is also a unheated community pool), that is nothing short of incredible - all done in blue mosaic tiles that makes you want to immerse yourself in it. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs and lounges which connect to the beautiful, well-appointed interior.

Loved the house. Close to downtown. Very clean. Thought we could use the pool, but we would have to heat it at our expense, so we didn't swim. Outdoor lighting at night was beautiful!!

This was our 2nd time here and really love the close proximity to shops & restaurants on El Paseo. The master bath shower has been redone and makes a big difference! Comfortable bed and a great pool for a relaxing get away.

This house was the perfect destination for our girls trip. So convenient, clean, and comfortable, and the beautiful pool in the back yard was the cherry on top! The beds were amazing, the house was fully stocked, and we loved seeing all of the hummingbirds! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the house and location. Since there were no restaurants open for dining we loved the grill on the patio for cooking meals. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Can I give more than 5 stars?

This is a 10-star property because it exceeded our expectations in every way. What a cozy, comfortable place to stay. The 4 of us had plenty of space and the living and backyard areas were just great. The rental had everything you need to stay as long as you like. We will be back.
