PLEASE NOTE: This is a private home in a residential neighborhood and is not available for events or weddings. AS PER PALM SPRINGS LAW, OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT! The property can accommodate 14 guests (a maximum of 12 Adults and 2 children 12 years and under). It is GREAT for families with children, family reunions and for couples get-togethers. Outdoor fireplaces, spa in a cave and a swim up bar make it perfect for getting together and enjoying friends and family.
This beautiful 6,800 square foot estate has 6 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ kitchen (sink, mini-fridge and BBQ), fireplace, patio table that seats 8, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. Pool is heated to 84 degrees on arrival; NO pool heat on morning of departure, but you can use the spa. Jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. USE OF THE WATER FEATURES; i.e. MOVING RIVER, SLIDE and WATERFALLS ARE AN OPTIONAL FEATURE. There is a $500 deposit due on arrival via Venmo or Zelle. Usage is calculated by taking meter readings before and after your stay; usage is billed at $3.90 per kw hr used. Any unused deposit is refunded by Lessor following departure. It costs apx $40/hr for use of the moving river; apx $10/hr for the slide or waterfalls. You can use these features as little or as much as you wish. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. There are two Casitas. The South Casita has a King bedroom, an apartment size kitchen and full bath with shower. The North Casita has a Queen bedroom; it also has a Full/Twin Bunk bedroom that can be used by 2 children 12 and under, a shared bath with tub/shower combo, apartment size kitchen and its own living room with a pullout Queen bed. The property can accommodate 14 (At least 2 must be children twelve years of age and under).
