Let's talk about being 1 block from all the fun and activity of downtown Palm Springs. This lovely 1BD/1BA second-floor condo is within the gated community of Plaza Villas community. You'll find reserved parking, 2 community pools, hot tub, and a tennis court. Did we mention it's a quick 5-min WALK to shops and restaurants?

The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked for the perfect little getaway. Everything you need, whether you are solo or with a 2nd person, can be found within the unit. This is a dog-friendly property, so bring along with favorite four-legged friend. There is a BBQ grill (not pictured) on the front patio.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
