The main bedroom offers a king bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV, with a full bathroom nearby that includes a tub/shower combination. Ceiling fans in both rooms help create a comfortable setting for unwinding at the end of the day.

Outdoors, the private patio offers a dining table, umbrella, propane BBQ grill, and chaise lounges. Surrounded by privacy walls and greenery, it’s a welcoming setting for anything from a casual meal with friends to a quiet moment alone with a book, all while taking in the mountain views.

This location allows easy access to area dining, shopping, recreation, and entertainment. Guests are welcome to use the community amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi, workout room and tennis/pickleball courts.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Parking notes: Guest Parking is available in any uncovered spot
-This home is located just a short drive from downtown restaurants and shops

No communication with host but no problems so there wasn't any need. The Apartment is very well equipped but is a bit dark with little to no sun on the patio. We wish we had known that the apartment is in the Palm Springs Airport approach flight path. Palm Springs apparently has no restriction on flight times. Over all needs some upkeep but reverting worked and the Wi-Fi was very good.
