Great location in the middle of town. Property is old and run down with rooms at a much poorer level than yiu would expect from this hotel chain. Furniture was dated and stained and paint peeling off in areas. Parking at $30 per night was expensive. Pool area and in house bar were good.

Awesome property for a stay in Palm Springs. The pool was great to beat the heat, hotel was nice and clean, extra spacious room with a full size patio overlooking the pool, and parking garage under the hotel was so convenient and gave peace of mind. Will definitely return.

Staff was nice and helpful, but the property is dated and cleanliness could be better. The bathtub in our room was clogged, and maintenance did not seem to fix the issue even after I made a request. Also, clean towels were missing after cleaning, so request was made. Staff did promptly address the issue. Overall, okay stay during Labor Day. The location is great with walking distance to free overnight parking, and that is a plus.

The room was perfectly distributed, good sizing, the staff was not friendly at all the parking was accessible, the toilet wasn't flushing. Very good location you can walk everywhere from there.
