Elegant 3000+ square foot 5 bedroom, 5 bath Mediterranean home open floor plan kitchen and living area, adjoining formal dining room. Gorgeous pool with private pickle ball court, BBQ island and more. PRIVATE PICKLE BALL COURT, BBQ island, outdoor wet bar, fire pit, LED lit wrought iron gazebo in the rose garden with Palm trees, bougainvilleas, Palo Verde, and citrus trees all surrounded by twelve foot tall hedges. Four large Bedrooms with "en suite" bathrooms and one bedroom/office with separate entrance. Master bedroom has two sided fireplace connecting large en suite bathroom with jacuzzi-tub, a large steam shower and walk in closet. Laundry room adjacent to two car garage, gated RV parking and semi circular driveway enough, for 6 or more vehicles. Fully furnished with two extra large flat screen TV's and streaming providers including Netflix and Amazon Prime. This is a private home NOT in a HOA. Near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, airport, golf and tennis, less than 5 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. Dog OK.
