    Be one of the first to stay at this newly renovated, professionally-decorated, mid-century modern Palm Springs vacation home. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath Palm Springs pool home was originally built in 1952 and was meticulously updated in late 2025 with contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances and period furnishings. While updated and reimagined, this property retains many architectural elements that are quintessential in Palm Springs Mid-century modern design. Elements such as vaulted ceilings, wood beam ceilings, a flat roofline, large overhang, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, clerestory windows and more. For families, this luxury rental even comes with a pac n play and five bicycles.

    Located in the historic Deepwell Estates neighborhood, this Palm Springs vacation home features a large pebbletec pool, fire pit, an expansive covered patio with ceiling fans, lounge seating and alfresco dining for six. Eight chaise lounge chairs, a built-in gas grill, cornhole boards , two umbrellas, a dense privacy hedge, tangelo, grapefruit and meyer lemon trees complete the West-facing resort-like backyard with panoramic mountain views. There is also a two-car private garage with Tesla 40amp EV Charger.

    The spacious master suite features a duel-entry ensuite with walk-in shower. The bedroom has a King bed, two nightstands, three-drawer dresser, 43” TV, large mirrored closet, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, clerestory windows and a vaulted ceiling with wood beams. A glass door opens from the bedroom to the covered patio's al fresco dining area.

    Guest Bedroom one is an attached casita with 2025-built ensuite bath with walk-in shower: The suite also features a four-post King bed, two nightstands, 43" TV, large desk with chair plus a spectacular view of the pool out of one window and a great view of the fire pit out of another.

    Guest Bedroom two has a Queen bed, two nightstands, 32” TV, built-in bookcase along with an amazing vaulted ceiling. The recently-remodeled en suite bath has a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.

    Guest Bedroom three has a Queen bed, two nightstands, 32” TV, desk with chair, vaulted ceiling and duel-entry en suite with walk-in shower.

    The main living area of the house is comprised of an entry, large living room, formal dining room and well-equipped kitchen with coffee bar. All of these common area rooms feature large windows and/or sliding-glass doors that open to the West-facing backyard.

    The living room is modern, yet comfortable, warm and inviting. It includes tile floors, wood and wood beam ceiling and a very large floor-to-ceiling window. The couch, chairs and swivel chairs can accommodate eight in front of a 65'' TV and brick gas fireplace. The adjacent formal dining room seats eight in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.

    The updated kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. It features a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There are both Drip and Keurig coffee makers in an adjacent coffee bar. There is also a breakfast counter and two stools.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It’s been thoughtfully remodeled, and the layout worked perfectly for our two families. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and stocked with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The heated pool was a huge hit — the kids spent hours swimming and playing.The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the airport, downtown, and plenty of great hiking trails, which made getting around incredibly convenient.Kenny was wonderful to work with. His communication was prompt and clear, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.Their motto, “Better Properties & Personal Service,” truly reflects the experience. The home is exceptional, and Kenny made the entire rental process seamless. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

1) This house is phenomenal. The layout, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, the pool and outdoor layout are all a 102) The place was very well equipped; dishes, glasses, towels, 3) Ac/ heat worked well once we got use to the temperature fluctuations outside. 4) 5 bicycles were great and we were able to get around with ease.5) The pool was great and there was a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. 6) There is some slight road noise. Not much you can do about that. It is more noticeable in the front 2 bedrooms. The white noise machines helped. Just note that my 2 daughters stayed in the front bedrooms and said the house is so great they would still come back again. Bottom line: great house, great stay, everyone loved the place.
