Wonderful stay

House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was awesom with stairs to lounge on and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable and showers worked perfect. Close to town and shopping. No complaints, would definitely stay there again.

Terrific stay in Palm Springs. Home has all the amenities you and your group could need or want in a vacation rental. Host is very responsive and courteous. Would stay again if our travels take us back to Palm Springs.

Our stay was wonderful! Naz was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is BEAUTIFUL and the outdoor area with the views is spectacular- even better than the photos! Excellent Stay, Perfect for Adult Groups

This property is prestige and well appointed. Perfect got adult groups. You will have a fantastic time. The only hassle was controlling the hot tub, we had to message the host several times for heat and/or jets. But he was fantastic with response time and issues solved.

Incredible place

What a gorgeous home! The backyard was incredible, and the pool was lovely. Having the hot tub was a bonus. We spent each morning having coffee on the couches in the yard and evenings in front of the fire pit. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were fantastic. The inside of the home was equally wonderful. Many family nights were spent playing pool and ping pong in the games room. Between all the outdoor and indoor spaces, we could easily come together as a family or have downtime in separate spaces.

Amazing Palm Springs VRBO

My wife and I have stayed in several Palm Springs VRBOs over the years and this one is by far the nicest one we've stayed at. As one of the other reviewers said, the pictures look nice, but the place looks even better in person! The house and yard were incredibly clean and very welcoming. The backyard is private and pretty large, the pool was beautiful, the house is nice and close to the restaurants, and Naz was very friendly and responsive.

Wonderful get away!!

This property is super cute and great for a multi-day stay in Palm Springs. The house and the pool area are very well decorated, and the host Naz has literally thought of everything you might need for your stay. We stayed for several days during Spring Break with two teenage girls and a corgi, and it was extremely comfortable with lots of space to spread out but also great places (jacuzzi, pool table, TV area, outdoor relaxing areas) to spend together as a family. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. 5 stars!!

Incredible Stay A

WOW, truly one of our favorite stays in Palm Springs. This house is stunning and has everything you could possibly need. Stocked kitchen, quiet rooms with comfortable beds, and a tv in each room, which is a nice touch. And OMG, the shower pressure is next level.But the true highlight of this home is the expansive backyard. There’s so much space to spread out, with multiple areas for sitting and dining. The pool is absolutely amazing and was perfectly warm for our January stay (we chose to have it heated). The location is ideal—safe, quiet, and just an 8-minute drive to the main strip.Naz is a responsive host, which made our stay even better. We can't wait to come back!

PS, You won’t want to leave!

We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this is one of, if not, the best! Communication and check in/out was seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept yet close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the photos with fun Hollywood decor. We have 11 and 12 year old girls and they loved it—if we had a spirited toddler or rambunctious kiddos we might’ve worried about them knocking stuff over, etc. The inside is fantastic but the real star is the backyard. The saltwater pool/spa was phenomenal. We paid to have it heated and it was perfection. There are orange trees that produce delicious fruit and a great outdoor grill/kitchen. My husband and I will be dreaming about the fire pit area with incredible views of the mountains of PS. Miss it already! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Stay!

We had a most wonderful stay at this home. The mid century modern decor is fabulous and the house suited our family of 5 really well. It is spacious and clean and has a great floor plan. Our teenagers loved the garage space with pool table and TV as well. The best part?? The back yard. AMAZING!! The pool is fantastic (pay the money for pool heat) and the outdoor grilling area perfect for meals outside. We had an issue with the hot water tank not working and Naz had a plumber there in less than 45 minutes and problem solved. Naz was always quick to respond to any questions. Fabulous host. It’s an expensive rental but worth the money. You get what you pay for here! Only sad part is that we had to leave! Hope we can visit again sometime in the future. Thank you, Naz - for hosting us in your amazing home!

Perfection - just book it!

I stayed at this property over spring break with my husband and our two teens. All I can say about this property is - wow! Our jaws literally dropped when we walked in. The decor, cleanliness, the back yard, everything was above and beyond our expectations! Although we had weather in the upper 70s and sunny most of the week, I was concerned about the pool being warm enough. The property manager Naz was able to start warming the pool a couple of days in advance for us. The water temperature was warm and comfortable all week. The hot tub also warmed quickly and was absolutely perfect. The back yard is like out of a magazine. We didn’t leave the house much for the first 2 days. Everything in the home was extremely comfortable. The sofa was perfect for all of us to lounge on and watch TV. All of the beds and bedding were top-notch. I didn’t want to get out of my bed in the morning! Naz was a great communicator and checked on us. The house was well equipped, and there was nothing lacking. All furnishings and finishes are high end and spotless. I’ve never been to Palm Springs before, and I noticed the proximity of the property to the airport and thought maybe noise would be a problem. It is not a problem at all in fact the neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. When we return we will book this property again!

Everything was great. We were a little disappointed in the pool table as the cue sticks had no tips but the swimming pool was so perfect along with outdoor sitting areas and lounge chair covers. This place had everything we needed and then some.

Naz was very thorough with check-in/out procedures, as well as any questions or local recommendations. This house was perfectly decorated for a girls getaway!! The bedding was superb and the couches were AMAZING for lounging. This property had all amenities provided, incl. pool floats. It’s hard to tell from photos, but this pool was a large size and easily fit 6 women with plenty of room for more! We will be back, and will definitely be spending more trips at this property for our annual PS girls trip.

Gorgeous home & backyard oasis-highly recommend!We loved our stay. Naz was a fantastic communicator, friendly, proactive, and quick to respond. The house is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The backyard is even better than the photos: a true retreat and perfect for relaxing. A couple of notes for future guests: you will see and hear airplanes from the backyard and the back bedroom at times. Also, Palm Springs has very strict rules prohibiting outdoor music at vacation rentals, the host follows these closely, and it’s a city rule, not the property’s choice. None of this took away from our experience; we’d happily stay here again!
