Guests have access to the whole 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom house

-Maximum occupancy is 10 people

-Maximum of 4 cars are allowed

-The short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the
neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property

-NO PETS ALLOWED or you will be charged $500 for special cleaning fee

-NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE or you will be charged $500

- No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors, at any time.

-Music inside of the house is allowed, however music must not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR. If music is heard beyond the property line, it is a violation and subject to a citation.

-Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM

-PLEASE PUT THE DIRTY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER​

-PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TRASH INSIDE THE HOUSE

Our kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances with all the kitchen essentials needed. ( Please note that our freezer makes ice for your convenience).

The backyard is spacious with amazing landscaping, gorgeous swimming pool (salt water system) , jacuzzi, as well as a patio table, barbecue station ( Natural Gas) and a cozy, relaxation lounge area with fire pit.

Please note there is a fee of $300 for the first 2 nights then $50 per each additional night for pool and spa heating (per your request).

We also offer a mobile massage services with licensed therapist( for separate charge) may be reserved once you are checked in.

Please note that pool man and gardener may come during your stay for service but will not have access to the inside of the house.

Please note there is a security driveway camera outside for safety but there are NO cameras in the area used for enjoyment or inside of the house.

Our home has keyless entry, we provide the code prior to your arrival and we change the code with every reservation for your safety.

Check-in is at 3 pm
Check-out is at 11 am
