We were so excited to find 3rd Rock on VRBO. It looked fabulous online. When we arrive on property, the pictures did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful property. Immaculate. Every view of the mountains. The yard is an oasis. When we had a little challenge Hearing the spa, property management was there within 15 mins to correct the problem. Our every need was met. It’s a beautiful property that doesn’t disappoint in any way. We will definitely rent this property again: early and often!

Minimalist Masterpiece

We stayed at 3rd Rock for 4 nights in October. The house is beautiful. Everything is extremely high end, especially the appliances in the kitchen. The home's decor is modern and minimalist. There isn't any clutter. The owner's provide everything you might need (except facial tissue). There are ample instructions provided on how to use all the features of the home. The pool area is very private and quiet. The hot tub is wonderful and is controlled by a tablet on the wall. In fact you can control all the features of the house from the same tablet. The two bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and attached bathrooms. There is no tub. The master bath has a steam shower. The garage is spotless and was more than big enough to accommodate our larger rental Jeep. We used the very large gas grill every night. We loved our stay here. It is a perfect place for a quiet get away for one or two couples.

5 Start Hotel experience but better

Property seems like it is brand new. Pool, house, kitchen, electronics are all first class and there is a wonderful tablet to operate everything. The backyard and pool are wonderful Strongly suggest this for a couple or two couple as there are two suites within the house.

Gorgeous house in a great location!

This is a great getaway and one that our family plans on visiting again. Very well designed and appointed in a convenient location The care by management and Owner were top notch. The house is very well designed and constructed with many wonderful features to support an enjoyable stay.
