From the moment I got there the valet guys were helpful and friendly. The check in easy, I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious. Tje grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool area and cabana. In the evening we went downstairs and sat at the bar and enjoyed a drink. There was a DJ and the lounge/area was lively. Our overall stay was very positive.

The design of the hotel is really beautiful. Our room had its own little outdoor terrace, very private. Lovely, big rooms with a great bathroom. The finishes are very tastefully done and all feel very new. Restaurants and bar are great. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our dog loved it too!

The staff was incredible, especially everyone at the front desk. They were so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay! The only small thing I would mention is the pool service could be a little more attentive. There were only a few guests by the pool, and it would have been nice to be checked on a little more often to see if we wanted to order anything or needed anything. Nothing major at all, just a small detail that could make the experience even better! Other than that, everything was honestly 1,000/10! The amenities were beautiful and so thoughtfully done, the lounge was gorgeous, and I loved all the decor and little details throughout the hotel. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and I will definitely be coming back! 😊

Our stay at the Thompson was phenomenal. This is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. The pool was amazing, food delicious, comfortable quiet room. I slept so well. HUGE hot shower. Valet was fast and efficient. The property is steps away from great restaurants and the Thursday Street Fair. We loved staying downtown where the action is. We will definitely stay again!

My wife and I had a great time at the Thompson hotel. Customer service was awesome, all the staff were extremely helpful and gave great recommendations. Everything was extremely clean on the entire grounds and picturesque. The rooms themselves were also great. Our room had a California king bed and it was easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. We would definitely come back again!
