When venturing out, the unbeatable locale is close to various hiking trails, golf courses, and trendy shopping. Downtown is about 5 minutes away.
LIVING AREA
Detailed with mid-century modern furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows, the welcoming living area is a prime place to relax. A Roku TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops sparkle in the kitchen, which also features a desk.

BED & BATH
This ground-floor bungalow sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Find tranquility in the primary bedroom, which offers a California king bed, a desk, a private patio, and a Roku TV. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Unwind with a beverage on the patio, fitted with an umbrella, cushioned seating, and a gas grill.
An additional patio features a bistro table for two.
Per HOA and CDC regulations, no pool diapers inside the pool or spa are allowed.

Assigned parking is available for one car in the covered area. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the guest parking lot.
To gain access to this complex, your initial check-in must be before 9:30pm. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
