What a wonderful experience! Staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Clean hotel and rooms, with a lovely garden to escape to for some fresh air. Conveniently located, with no challenges getting around town or locating public transportation. Would definitely recommend.

The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!

Wonderful, quiet location in the old town. Greeted by front desk staff Diego who was very helpful upon our arrival. Through out our stay, May was very helpful and professional, addressing any needs and providing useful local information. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Morning buffet was great! Camila was helpful, along with other dining staff, and there was a wonderful array of breakfast choices. I would absolutely return and recommend to fellow travelers.

Great staff but the room key wouldn’t work so for the first day anytime we went to the room we had to have someone help us get in. They said there would always be someone at the front desk and we had to wait 20 minutes one evening because nobody was there.

This hotel was such a treat. The location is perfect once you are able to locate it. The rooms are update and clean. Storage space for clothing is a little sparse but manageable. The staff is extraordinary and the breakfast provides more delicious choices than you can imagine. Don’t even consider staying anywhere else to enjoy Mallorca.

The hotel is poor against other 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Spain. This felt over priced for what it was. Good location for old town and the staff were helpful. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

Second stay at this hotel so it’s obvious that I like it. Tucked away in the centre of Palma one street back from a main shopping street it’s a calm, clean, comfortable and well-run hotel. Breakfast is simple but good quality food served in the courtyard. A disappointment this time was that the roof terrace was closed. We had enjoyed taking a break from walking around Palma by relaxing in the day beds there last time and hadn’t been warned that it was closed. When it’s open it’s a lovely spot. Hotel did best to mitigate the closure by arranging for us to use the rooftop area at a sister hotel on the day we left.

The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location. Room nice but could be improved. Great toiletries, I would like to have tissues in room and not have to ask at reception. I would recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.
