Weekend sport tournament stay

Check in was quick.They do bill for the complete stay up front with no refunds should you check out earlier, but that was ok with us. Room was clean, beds were decent, water pressure and temp were great. The pool was nice, clean, and cool for a Palmdale summer stay.

At time of check in 3:30pm arriving to the room a male African America was asking for money. horrible couldn't sleep a male African American upstairs my unit was running across the room back and forth around 6:00am

I exclusively make this reservation on this hotel just because of the Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi was not working at all… Around 6 o’clock in the morning The construction guy showed up and make a lot of noise on top of my room you should not advertise something it’s not working (jacuzzi) I feel betrayed I will never use your app to make another reservation in the future!!

Shower was broken and blood on towels in the first room given to me. Was moved to another room and the toilet flushed really slow and the tv didn’t work, the wash cloth was brown instead of white and looked dirty.

The room was horribly dirty. Mold all over in the bathroom incuding where it obviously leaked in the past. Two days rhey never serviced the room. Trying to get towels is a pain as they dint keep any in tge office. 4th day the hole in the bathroom started leaking and wad dripping on me. Made them change rooms. I took a picture of it. Never again.

For starters the main room light wasn’t working so I used the bedside lamps. The worst part was there was a COCKROACH IN THE SHOWER! I was going to shower before check out but decided to go ahead and check out before I took a roach shower!
