Extremely comfortable bed. We slept very well. Helpful, personable staff. The location was perfect for our needs.It is obviously not a new building, but it was well kept except they did not pay close attention to drywall finishes around the electric outlets, light switches, etc. and the carpet/rug in the lobby /stairs needs attention.

Our room was gross, had a bad smell and could see mold in the shower. They have a cat that wonders the front desk area, we are allergic to cats. Close to church history sites is probably the only pro.

This was the second time we’ve stay here in abou 12 years. It has improved to include a dining as where a descent breakfast is seven. H been refubished With upgrades.i checks n at 6:30 pm there was nobody at checking desk- had to wait 5 min or so for someone to greet me- t wa a woman that seemed very tired and not very enheused about her job- she HD several tattoos n he arms and neck which I feel loooks very unprofessional. The room es quiet and comfortable and the location was very convenient!

Marginally ok. Hotel was not that clean. Even though we asked for towels at the front desk to use the hot tub they didn’t tell us that the hot tub was not usable and was a cold tub. Location is great, breakfast was ok, bed was decent but lots of issues with cleanliness of lobby and rooms.

If you are in Palmyra to see the LDS historical sites, this is a great location. Close to everything. If you are not, it's just the opposite. There is nothing in walking distance. But the the city of Palmyra is only 8 minutes away.

Great location for Church History

Great location for seeing the church history sites. Basic Hotel, clean, rooms are large and beds comfortable. Had microwave and small fridge that came in handy. Breakfast was simple and convenient.

I booked the room with very little expectations, besides it being a place to sleep and get ready for a concert. When we arrived check in was quick and the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The hotel was 20 mins from the venue and a very reasonable price. I would absolutely stay there again.
