Esta muy céntrico. A pocos minutos de todo. Fácil para hacer el check in y también el check out. Le han hecho una lavada de cara hace poco, no una reforma, así que las habitaciones están monas. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía, aunque nosotros no llegamos. Deberían prestar un poco más de atención a la limpieza.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to my bus being delayed, I arrived later than expected, only to find the hotel doors locked with no staff available to assist me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was left outside with no way to access my room and ended up having to spend the night on the street. This is unacceptable hospitality. Guests should never be denied access to their accommodations under any circumstances, especially when travel delays are beyond their control. I strongly urge the hotel to improve its late check-in procedures and ensure there is always a way for guests to enter the property safely, regardless of arrival time.

Habitacion con dos camas individuales, baño y ducha en la habitacion. Con TV, aunque no iba muy bien. Suerte que habia aire acondicionado porque pillamos un fin de semana con altas temperaturas. La habitacion estaba limpia. A 5min del centro de Pamplona. Con paradas de bus cerca si aparcas en aparcamientos disuasorios

Baños muy sucios

Hace un par de años me hospedé en este hostal y fue una buena experiencia en general, pero esta vez no fue así. Aunque la ubicación es buena y la atención de recepción también, la limpieza dejó bastante que desear. El baño estaba completamente sucio, el WC lleno de papeles y toallas sucias por el piso del baño. Al comentarlo en recepción la respuesta fue que la limpieza solo se hacía de 11 am a 1 pm (yo llegué al hostal alrededor de las 6 pm). Al día siguiente por la mañana antes de salir, no pude ni bañarme porque el baño estaba aún en peores condiciones que la noche anterior. Considero que aunque se tenga un horario establecido para limpieza general del lugar, debería haber una supervisión más continua sobre todo en los baños, donde la limpieza debe ser esencial.

Excellent for Camino walkers. We stayed in a private double which was a floor above the dorms. It was very quiet and luxurious. We shared the bathroom with two other rooms though we never saw the people. Check in was super friendly and informative which we appreciated. There is a fabulous communal space and kitchen which is fully equipped and has a complimentary coffee machine. There was also free breakfast of cereals and toast which started at 6am. The dorms looked great with curtains. Highly recommended
