"The hotel was amazing in the sense of the amenities, it was near the little tine high street, the swimming and hot thermal water was great. The best was your private thermal water in your own room! The staff were very helpful. They let us choose the room we wanted as the air con wasn’t getting cooler as quickly as we wished therefore they have proposed a couple with a better air con. I would definitely recommend this affordable price."

"Wish I found this hotel earlier and stayed longer. Great value for money, I would definitely stay here again. AC was cold, beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure, pool was nice. Breakfast was good if you Turkish, not my kind of breakfast. Only issue is that it’s a bit of a walk and a little out of the way"

"Staff were very helpful. When we told them that we had difficulties about transportation, they went out of their way to help us. They gave us a free ride to the Hierapolis North entrance. When we had a problem with our Havas airport transfer reservation, they rebooked it for us and kept their eyes until we got on the shuttle in the evening. After checkout, we had time to spend until late afternoon and they let us use the pool area and bathroom downstairs. Meze style breakfast was abundant and tasty. Hot springs in our room and outside by the swimming pool were excellent. Just know that you need to bring your own soap and shampoo. Great place to stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The food offered a good variety and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, with a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of activities to enjoy. Overall, I had a great experience and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return in the future."
