Access to the rooms is very difficult for those with heavy suitcases. The rooms are uncomfortable and very uncomfortable.

The room had holes in sheets, bugs on floor, no food or coffee on site. We had to walk a thousand stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage. Amazing view of the volcano, though with a balcony. No cushion on the seat to look at the volcano.While you're sitting on the balcony

Is a quite place away from to much noise but close enough to walk into town or take a tuck -tuck . Staff were extremely helpful and kind . This property has wonderful views of the lake .
