The 2nd floor was perfect for my family because we don’t like waiting on elevators so we could use theStairs. I like when we needed to use the elevators there was one that only went to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor so we didn’t have to wait long at all. I do wish they have more luggage carts. We had a heard time finding one. The pools were nice only wish there was more pool deck space for lounge chairs. I loved that we were in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The facility encourages guest to report violations of a non smoking policy which is posted inside and outside of the elevators. The person that reported my condo for the violation evidently identified the wrong condo twice. The violation was the unit above. My suggestion is to mind your own business and definitely confirm that their complaint is valid and indentifymthe correct unit.the property was also dirty and quest were allowed to wash off their sand covered feet in the pool.

We love the 2nd floor here, you get a separate elevator, and can easily take the stairs. The room was very nice and very clean. There weren’t many left when I booked our vacation and I believe this one was available because both bedrooms are not beach side, they are on the side that the road is on, and I was concerned about road noise, music from Shuckums at night, etc. but we brought sound machines and didn’t hear anything at all that kept us from getting great nights sleep. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The only thing missing was comforters or blankets on the beds. The condo stays very nice and cool, and could have used something other than a sheet and very light toppers. The pools are great, the entire process from booking to check out was perfect. They called to check on us the day after check in, and kept us updated on the codes to get in. Everything was perfect! Will definitely rent from Aqua again! Walking distance to Pier Park and across the street from Store/Liquor store, Shuckums and an ice machine to buy bags of ice are on sight. It was very convenient and easy in and out when taking your vehicle.

Everything was good other than not as clean as expected, especially after the repeated communication we received how we had to wait to check in due to increased cleaning. We actually had cheese nips across the floor in kitchen. And the washer/dryer not clean.

Nice room and stay but the sofa, loveseat, and chair cushions at kitchen table were stained and filthy. I was so filthy they were uncomfortable to use so we didn’t…. Just rented out and run it out until these things are replaced tillage is there a far behind being cleaned. Other than the furniture needing to be replaced the room was nice and the second floor is perfect for ease of have access and small children. Aronov Company is easy to deal with and very responsive to any requests for issues that arise. Thank you Robin !

Parking garage across the street with covered access to your room. Never busy and easy to go to and from garage. Condo is very spacious and laid out well. Super clean. All the supplies you would need and fully equipped kitchen. TVs in every room. Large balcony with little or no noise at nighttime. 2nd floor was perfect - getting on elevator and to beach was 5 minutes or less. No long walk to beach. It’s literally at your back door. Beach area was perfect - not crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: I came here in December after a very stressful and traumatic 2020 including the death of my husband. We had come here to the Aqua together for many recent winters for a month or two so I was looking for a safe, easy hassle free retreat. For the most part, it was exactly that. However the extra fees for parking for my car and for guests was a harassment that was disturbing. Look, if your paying over $250 A month, that should include parking! Also my unit was right above the gate to the beach, that gate was slamming like an explosion hundreds of times and also jammed on several occasions without resolution, totally without responsive repair!

But outside is another story, if you are a balcony sitter like I am, the clanking of the pool gate will drive you crazy when it is a busy day. Also the Master Bedroom Mattress is hollowed out in the middle and you always will "roll" there no matter where you start.

Unfortunately there is a ton of construction noise coming from next door as a new set of large condos are being built. The management of the beach chairs is terrible! I stood forever waiting for someone to show up and ended up calling the management at Aqua to send them over. Another guest came up and said they all had problems the entire time with them. They didn't even have enough umbrellas for the chairs so you had to scout out someone leaving and swoop in to get the umbrella like a hot parking spot at the mall. Last tip is to make sure your phone doesn't die because the various 8 digit codes you need to access anything is crazy. Code for garage and pool area, different code for fitness center and a third code for room access. The pool gate code was useless because everyone just tried to help each other out and open the gate from the inside when they saw families loaded up with all their pool stuff trying to find the code and enter it for the thousandth time.
