Communicating with Barbara was excellent. She responded to any questions I had quickly. The room was as advertised. The view from the balcony was outstanding! The facility was excellent and noise from other rooms was non existent. Never had to wait on an elevator even though we were on the twelfth floor. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to stay there again.

The condo was set up very nicely for myself and teenage daughter. Loved the patio and view. Despite unexpected construction on the outside of the building, we had a lovely and relaxing stay. Enjoyed the private beach especially as long as the chair service was available (ended for the season 2 days after our arrival). We would absolutely come back once a bit earlier in the season and once the outdoor upgrades are finished

Great time, beautiful place with amazing views and great amenities

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely return. Long Beach Resort is by far the best place on PCB and this unit is remarkable.

We have stayed at Long Beach resort five times now and this was the best condo yet, the host was absolutely amazing, so easy to talk with about anything. The condo has everything you would need and decorated wonderfully. The high table and chairs on the balcony gives unobstructed views of the ocean, we ate all our meals out there. Amazing views, sunsets are spectacular l. We will definitely return to this condo. Can’t wait to get back for our next trip

Fall Break

Excellent place to stay. I work at a local school and this was our Fall Break. Every year my husband and I, along with another couple, visit Panama City Beach in October. We love staying at Long Beach Resort because it is close to shopping and restaurants. This was our first time staying in tower 4 and in this condo. We had the best time. The condo was very clean. The host even provided floats and beach chairs if we wanted to use them.

Great Week

We spent a week here with our two adult children and had a great time. The view from the 12th floor was amazing - we saw dolphins swimming in the Gulf one morning. The large windows in BOTH rooms had a great view to wake up to! Since we stayed for a week, this included the beach chair rentals, which was so convenient! No need to run down and find a chair each day! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host clearly explained what we needed to do for check in and check out. We stayed during spring break time but could easily use the hot tubs and pools too. Would recommend this property and host!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Lovely unit with an amazing view and so close to shopping, restaurants, or anything else to be desired. The patio overlooking the water was a favorite spot of the family. Beach access couldn't be easier and the chairs/umbrella were always waiting for us in the morning. Unit and property were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. No hiccups at all and helped lead to a stress free vacation. We will definitely be back soon!

Great location and amenities

Long Beach Condos is a great complex, enjoyed the pools and snack shack on site. The location was great, walkable to several restaurants/shopping. A little busy during fall break, however our area on the beach was much less crowded than other condos. Everything was easy to do with our condo-check-in, parking, great communication with owner! 4 stars because bed and pillows were not super comfortable. Also, dryer didn’t work upon arrival. However, owner sent mechanic to fix this.

Perfection. Better than our previous 5 star rated condos.

I traveled here with my husband and 2 kids. We’ve stayed at previous condos that we’ve rated 5 stars. This one is better. And let me tell you why. Some big things. Some little things 1) the view. Instead of a gorgeous view from the balcony only, this has floor to ceiling views from both bedrooms. There’s no going back now! And the balcony is huge. 2). The outdoor showers are sooo much more convenient. Instead of holding down a button while also trying to shower at the same time, you push the button and it stays on. AND HAS A WATER HOSE which is 10000x more effective. 3) instead of climbing outdoor stairs to the beach, it’s only a few long stairs. We usually have to lift the beach cart and carry it up or down the stairs Not here! 4) they allow tents and umbrellas etc in addition to beach service. Other places didn’t allow 5). You reserve your chairs for the duration of your stay VS having to go down early and claim your chairs daily 6) the shower with a double shower head is a lifesaver. ESP with kids 7) the kitchen is equipped well , including a crockpot which is great 8) the place is very clean. Condo and the entire grounds. 9) walking from pool to pool is easy to do from Indoors. And the hot tubs are great! The lazy river pool is soooo nice. That’s where the snack shop is (of course it’s super overpriced but it’s convenient) 10) 24 hour security. So nice!!! There’s a guard that screens your car so you can enter.
