Home away from home

Beautiful and clean property, very very good contact with the property owner always looking out for me. The first day and a half did not have internet access. Would love to book this property again.

Excellent location and awesome property!

Wow! This place is incredible! Right smack on the beach and the amenities of the property are top notch. There is a something for every age group here. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with anything you need, the property manager was quick to reply to any question I had and so friendly. The price was very reasonable for our stay and I would highly recommend this place to anybody going.

Great Place for family get togrther

We have stayed at several places in the PCB area and this was one of the best. Clean and comfortable with enough room for all 6 of us. Great location and great views of the gulf. Splash resort is a great place for a family to stay. It is a clean and well kept resort with enough to do for all ages. I especially liked the 4th floor location, convenient and easy to get to. And finally, the communication with owner Jim was excellent. We had a few questions for him before and during our stay, and his response was always quick and polite. Thanks from all of us.

Perfect for family

Great communication with Jim. The beds were very comfortable and great views. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning from our balcony and walking right down to the beach- very convenient for my 4 year old. The pools were not warm and the kiddie area is completely shaded so we didn’t utilize that as we hoped since it was early-mid April. No complaints though. Not very long waits at the elevators as others said and the food was good at the bar pool! We would stay again for sure!

Christmas Vacation

The condo was clean. We were left we several cleaning items we’ve had to provide when staying elsewhere. Jim was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. He was easy to get in touch with. The amenities were great! My kids loved the pool and splash area. The beach was steps away. Just a short drive to pier park. Great views from the balcony! We had a great stay.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful condo!

This condo is perfect! Staying at a place with 21 floors can mean slow elevators sometimes but being on the fourth floor it was an easy walk downstairs. The view of the ocean is perfect from the main bedroom and living room. Quite at night you can’t hear noise from other condos and if you go up to take a nap during the day you can’t hear the bucket at the water park. The little cafe has delicious donuts! Jim was a wonderful host. You can tell they take great care and pride in their condo. We will definitely be staying again!

Great Location/Beautiful View!

We had an amazing vacation! The kids really enjoyed playing in all the pools, lazy river, splash pad. Jim always answered or got back to me immediately/was great. The condo was comfortable. I'll give the beds/mattress an A+!! My only complaint was the master toilet probably needs some maintenance, it made some squeaking, but we didn't report it we just dealt with it - again we are not complainers. The condo overall was great, spacious, and we'd HIGHLY LIKELY rent from Jim again we love the location! Thanks for a great, memorable trip!

Perfect, Easy spot for family!

This is our third stay in this unit. Jim is always very responsive and the unit is always clean. Splash! Resort is the best location for families with kids of all ages. We love that the unit is ocean front and all of the pools. This time it rained a bit during our stay, but the outdoor pools are under and overhang so the kids still were able to swim and have a good time. Our children love the water playground with slides located under the overhang. We love that our toddler is able to get in away from the sun and we don’t have to pack everything up if one of the kids needs to go back to the condo for a bit. The in unit washer and dryer is awesome because then we don’t have to pack a lot or find a coin operated laundry facility. The staff at Splash! Are all wonderful. The attached beach souvenir shop is an added bonus if you have kids or like to shop. The elevators always take awhile during the on season, but luckily this unit is on the 4th floor so only a few stairs and you’re there! 10/10 as always! Jim even allowed us to check in earlier than regular check in and he is always so kind and willing to be flexible if need be. We love this condo and hope to be back for many more years to come! Thanks for the great vacation condo, Jim! Top notch!!

Amazing Views, Perfect clear white sandy beach, Dolphin views!

Our family stayed in Sept of 2014 and had a blast! The views were one of a kind the perfect height for the best view. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The umbrellas and chairs were a life and money saver for sure! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and stingrays every morning from the balcony which is quite large by the way. Our kids could not get enough of the splash pool they had to go at least twice a day. So many things for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed Gulf World,the fishing charter, Race City and the pontoon boat rental were the dolphin were a touch away. I have rented many condos in the past and I must say Jim tops them all. He was in contact with us from the beginning, middle and end of our trip, even making sure we arrived home safe after our 13hr drive home. If we didn't have something a quick call to him and it was at our door that day .Can't ask for anything more than that! The whole vacation was perfect I would rent again from Jim again and again. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo it is definitely worth every penny! Thanks again Jim for everything! THE SALISBURY FAMILY

Improvement opportunities but fun stay.

he dead bolt lock on the front door does not stay locked if you pull handle, it will automatically unlock and open the door. The sliding door from the living room to the balcony does not have a working lock on it either. Both bedrooms and living room tv remotes did not have working batteries. The PlayStation also does not work nor do any of the games that are provided in the room. The master bedroom tv only has 1 channel (Freeform) even after scanning for channels. It just provides the same channel multiple times in different blurred forms. The other bedroom tv, you have to scan it by antenna option in order to get a couple of channels, however bedroom does not have that option. The living room tv also lags once batteries are in remote, seems as though the remote and tv have a delayed connection. The spare bedroom’s dresser has multiple broken drawers including handles broken off to where multiple drawers are not even able to be opened for use which left little to no space for storage of clothing. Overall, just oversold in photos and description. Nothing technically hindered our stay in a negative manner, however had higher expectations based on description/summary of place. Other than that, we love Panama City and always stay at Splash with no issues!

A lot of fun for the children.. a great place for families with small children my grands love the splash . ...the resort itself needs disability access to the beach like a ramp to get to the beach..and definitely need to do something about the elevators!

Great condo

The condo was clean and the view was wonderful! The owner has the kitchen pretty well stocked and provides some laundry detergent which was helpful. Also has chairs, some beach items and toys and we added to the collection. We noticed a little bit of sand in the 2nd bedroom bed when we went to sleep the first.night. Most of the time there was a wait for the elevators, which obviously the owner has no control over. We usually ended up taking the stairs. I had to make 3 trips to the registration desk to get registered because each time I went no one was available. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas set up each day which was also really nice.

We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms

Our stay

Enjoyed our stay even though it rained one day. We had 2 vehicles and 2 motorcycles and had to pay 35.00 for each. The host had said we would get 1 parking free but had to pay for the rest. This really adds up on the total amount to pay. Walking in the condo had a musky smell, not sure what it was. I expected to smell cleaning supplies and the floors were clean but still had a sticky feeling to them when barefoot. I’m sure we will rent again.

Wonderful Place For All

We loved staying at Jim's property. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacy and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was nice. The pool area was great especially for kids. We loved the pools and the kid's areas especially with a 3-year-old. The beach was a very short walk from the condo! Would recommend you stay here especially if you have kids. Loved our stay!
