This is a family friendly gated resort, all guests must register with this VRBO agreement. Please read rental agreement and sign or reply when booking
No Suntan spray on balcony or inside our condo. This creates slippery floors, stains furniture, and is hard to get off our beach view glass doors. :)
The beach is important and leaving trash on the beach kills endangered wildlife. Sea turtles in FL are among the oldest living reptiles in the world.
