Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit on the 17th floor with unmatched Gulf views and a huge corner balcony. This is our personal vacation home, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, relaxation, and style.

Enjoy a fully tiled interior, cool and clean year-round, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a large fridge/freezer. The living room includes a 62” TV with Roku, cable, and Blu-ray, plus handmade mosaic and leather furniture for a cozy, upscale vibe.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10 am. Please take all the trash out to the trash shoot which is located on another side of hallway across unit 1709 .
Please go ahead and run the dirty dishes in dishwasher. That all helps! The Cleaning people will take care of everything else. Thank you for staying with us and have a safe trip home . Thank you.
