Perfect house on the beach

This place was perfect for our yearly get away to the beach. Location is excellent being right on the beach. Big porch to relax and have morning coffee and all the amenities of home are available. Would stay again!

Perfect Family getaway

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks to Beverly and Lyndsay for being great hosts, we were able to enjoy our visit to the fullest. The house was the easiest part of our trip. Great location

You can’t get a better location between Panama and 30A. Absolutely amazing views. Very open space and the bedrooms were a great. The decks were amazing however the deck furniture was pretty dirty, definitely stained one of my shirts. The towels could use a refresh too and they were hard to find. The views and the ocean though, could not be any better!!!

Girls Trip

Very nice place to stay with amazing views of the beach! Super spacious place and open in the living room. Beds were quite comfortable as well. This house had 2 outdoor spaces & it was so nice to sit out on the balcony an have such a great view of the ocean! My friends & I had a really great time!

New Years trip

The townhome was very nice. Updated furnishings & clean. Loved the direct beach view & beach access. My only request would be to include more bathroom towels & wash clothes, especially for a week’s stay. It was located in a great area. Convenient to restaurants & shopping. The owner was very sweet & helpful. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home on the gulf!

Spacious and comfortable home with amazing sunset views. The house had everything we needed to feel “at home”, kitchen was well stocked and home was very clean. Beautiful ocean views. The location is within a short drive to Rosemary Beach, watercolor, seaside, greyton Beach. Beverly was very responsive to our questions and easy to deal with. We would definitely consider returning to this home in the future.

Perfection!

Don't pass on this house. It is spacious, super clean, and the view is EVERYTHING. The communications from the owner were thorough, and the response was immediate. I'm usually ready to go home after 5 days, but not this time. We were so sad to leave this beautiful property!

Our beach trip

We loved our stay there. The house was decorated so beautifully, but more importantly it was comfy. The beach was our backyard! Can u beat that really? We only ate out two times, cause we loved being at the house. The kitchen was as used. A lot. It was heaven on Earth all week. We want to stay every year now! We got married there two years ago, so intend to return for our anniversary every year. We decided this house will be our place to stay! Yahoo! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Beautiful house facing the beach

Overall house was amazing. The house was perfect facing the beach with easy access to go anytime of the day. The house was clean and had a beautiful decor. Only feedback we did not like was... checking on the no. of people coming with Names, Ages and also Cars we are brining in. There was an additional (unseen) fees for the 3rd car which should have been mentioned during booking time. Its a minor thing but I thought it was important to share. But otherwise, Good stay.. nothing taking away that!!

Worth every penny!

We had never taken our three children to the ocean before and it was long overdue, but so worth the wait with this beach house! I was searching for a home that was right on the beach especially because I have health issues and needed to be close enough so I could get into the house quickly if needed. The pictures truly don't do it justice just how close you are to the water! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked as we ate almost every meal at the house without an issue. We really loved how the beach was not super crowded in this area. We never had an issue getting a spot on the beach and didn't feel like people were on top of us. Beverly was quick to respond to messages and very helpful with suggestions around the area since it was our first time. We highly recommend this rental, you won't regret it!
