This vacation rental features a full, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a living area with a desk and sliding glass door access out to the balcony. Guests will also have access to on-site resort-style amenities including shared pools, a children's water play area, a fitness center, and easy beach access.

Sunrise Beach is just a short two and a half miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Take the whole family to the ZooWorld Zoological Conservatory, and don't miss St. Andrews State Park, just 10 miles away. Popular local restaurants are just a short walk from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
