The condo was clean, spacious and superbly located for both the beach and Pier Park amenities. Views from the balcony are stunning, especially at sunset.The Aqua resort’s parking garage provided easy access to all the kit we needed to bring for the Ironman weekend.Our host provided excellent instructions and communication before and during our stay. We’d definitely stay in this condo if we ever return to Panama City Beach.

Very Nice!!

The condo was very nice and very comfortable. We loved the scenery and the sound of the Gulf!! I wished the parking deck had more handicap spaces or the security needs to check on placards and license plates, there were several cars parked illegally. Other then that it was an enjoyable experience!!!!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was immaculate, beautiful, and so spacious. The view is even better in person! We did run into a couple of issues that the owner could not have foreseen. But he was very prompt in communication and working to fix any issue. I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay at Aqua

Great stay beachfront condo! Beautiful and clean! Property was as listed looked just like the photos. All the information we needed was provided by the host ahead of time - we did not need to contact the host at all. Beautiful balcony with chairs and beautiful gulf view - nice to be able to look through the glass partition to see the water. Living room and master bedroom with gorgeous ocean views. Accessed chairs with umbrellas on the beach each day was a plus! Short walk to Pier Park for restaurants and entertainment. Short walk or drive to Walmart for supplies.

Best Condo We've Stayed in at PCB!

It was a pleasure to rent from Dan and Barbara. The unit was just as nice in person, as it was on the listing. The condo (and the Aqua property) was immaculate! Great color schemes, very nice furniture, and comfy beds. Tastefully decorated, and the views were top notch from the 23rd floor. Our family highly recommends this condo.

Beautiful Condo with incredible views. The owner is soooo easy to work with and very helpful. The master suite was perfect for us and we enjoyed the balcony and living area with friends. 23rd floor, corner looking at the Gulf and every sunset!!! Lots of food, drinks, and shopping within a short walk. What an enjoyable place!!

The Best!!!!

This penthouse is absolutely The Best!! The beds and couch are very comfortable, it has a fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and absolutely gorgeous views. Aqua has tranquil water features, landscaping and nice swimming pools. Great location if you’re looking to stay right on the beautiful gulf beach in PCB. Owner is very professional and attentive about sending information regarding your upcoming stay. Super clean penthouse to stay in if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We definitely plan to stay in this penthouse again and again!!

It was very nice except the hot tub was not working the first two days and the maintenance was sawing concrete the first two days there at the pool which was very loud and the ice maker stopped working the first day were there other than those issues it was great

Beautiful condo and great location

Gorgeous condo! Very clean and updated. We have stayed at the Aqua before and love the location. It’s close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants, bars, souvenir shops. It was spring break and we were with teens, so it’s perfect to give them some freedom without them going too far. We were a little bummed that construction was going on during our visit, so one pool was closed and there was some disruption- not the owners fault of course and we worked around it. Overall we loved our time and would recommend!

This condo is fantastic! View is amazing. Owner was very responsive. Couple things for those staying there in the future. -You have to shut the door from the patio to master bedroom VERY forcefully in order for it to latch. -The freezer has a tendency to open a tiny bit when you open the fridge. It’s hard to even notice it is open.

We love Aqua and this unit was just lovely! We enjoyed the beautiful 23rd floor and the stunning views. The decor was amazing. Nice touches everywhere! Look forward to our next stay 🐬 FYI- the wine opener broke on our last night or we would have replaced it. Just don’t want the next guests to not be able to open their bottle.

The condo was perfect and exactly as described. The location is amazing. No dealing with Front Beach Road traffic! If you’re hesitant due to being on the top floor, don’t be. Elevators were fantastic, I don’t recall ever waiting very long or stopping multiple times on the way up or down, this includes the morning we left. We had an amazing time and would return in the future. Thank you!

Spring Break

Perfect location for walking to the Pier & Boardwalk. We loved having restaurants in walking distance. Very nice, clean condo. I loved waking up to a direct view of the ocean from the Master bedroom. The 2 spare bedrooms do face the back of the building towards the street. Owners did make us aware of construction happening on part of the building causing one of pools to be closed. They did make up for the inconvenience which we appreciated. It was really nice having 2 beach chairs set up daily. Only recommendation would be to bring your own storage containers if you planned to eat in & want to store leftovers. Overall highly recommend this until & location for any family vacations.

No problems with wait times for the elevators. It was so nice to have set of beach chairs included. We appreciated the larger third bedroom with more than just bunks for my very tall teenagers. Very convenient to places to eat, and Huge Walmart for anything else you could need. The pool area had a convenient snack shop for snacks/drinks to grab during the day. The workout room on the first floor was nice too with plenty of space and most equipment you would expect. The only thing to think about bringing would be a blanket for hanging out on the couch and some plastic containers for saving leftovers. Thank you for a great family vacation!!

Vacation 2023 at The Aqua

I totally recommend staying in this unit at The Aqua Resort. The views are amazing and majestic. The unit was clean and tidy and the pictures were exactly what we saw online. The elevators worked and were fast moving. No waiting. Communication with the owner was prompt and informative. The pools were fun for our teenagers. There is much to do for families and teenagers in the area. Pier Park and restaurants are within walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfy and the TV's in each room was a big plus - especially with teenagers. A couple things I would recommend to the owner, but not a ding at all on the condo, would be to maybe supply some small beach chairs and beach towels. For those of us who were flying in, we couldnt bring them with us and had to purchase beach towels once we got there.. The chairs would be a plus because the attendants on the beach closed down the umbrellas and took the free and rented chairs at 4:30 pm every day. Sometimes we didn't get out to the beach until 2:00 and wanted to stay longer. Also, the codes to the garage and pool changed a couple times, but we managed through it. Not a big deal. The checking in to get a parking pass after hours was tedious at the kiosk. We finally figured it out after many attempts. Again, we managed through it and I still rate this condo FIVE STARS! I would, with no doubts, rent from this owner again. Thank you for an amazing stay in Florida.
