The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, while the fourth has two twins. These bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Each bedroom has its own smart television. This living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use. Dates and schedule are subject to change. - Your booking includes two parking passes and 8 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, conveniently located on the ground floor near the elevator. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay. There is a public parking lot less than 3 miles away for additional parking, search Panama City Beach Parking for more information. - Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation. - Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
