Pet Friendly House three minute walk to Beach!

Welcome to our newly renovated beach bungalow for your vacation. You'll have easy parking right at the door, no hassle with elevators, and we even have multiple parking spaces available. This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit can accommodate up to eight guests with two king beds, twin bunks, and a pull-out couch. Enjoy the smart TVs in each room and a 55-inch TV in the living room. Conveniently located just a three-minute walk to the beach and less than three miles from Pier Park. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. You can also relax in the backyard with the electric grill and bring your furry friends along as we have a large fenced yard. We provide beach essentials like a cart, chairs, umbrella, and even hair dryers. Join us for a fantastic beach vacation and unforgettable moments in the beautiful emerald-green water and stunning sunsets.

Must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

You must mark yes if you're bringing your pet $150 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged to you.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Wonderful beach house

The house was just like it was listed. The communication with the hosts was very fast. We had a little incident to where we needed something fixed and they were there to fix it within the hour. Cleanliness was amazing and they have beach chairs that you can use. We had our dogs there as well and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Although we knew of the very limited supplies that might be there - we were a bit surprised to find only 4 hangers, no drawer space & limited shelving for our clothes. Loved the coziness of the place and beds were great & a really good eating area.

Property inside was cozy and clean. Location was very convenient to beach and restaurants etc. Only downer was the dog poop left in the backyard from prior visitor. It was addressed by management during the stay. Otherwise all else was exactly as advertised. Good stay.

Spring break

This place was perfect for our spring break trip. The house was super clean, had everything we needed and was close to the beach. 2 minutes away to be exact! Fenced in yard for our pups and they had a blast! Its so hard to find places that accept 3 pups. The host was excellent at responding, and super nice and allowed our babies with NO extra hassle! We could not have had a better week!! We ARE definitely stay here again!

Great home for doggie

We enjoyed having our doodle with us and he loved the fenced backyard. Nice grass and no sand spurs or fleas to worry about! Good location if you don’t need to be beachside. There were four TV’s but the fact you couldn’t get local TV was a disappointment. I used to live in PCB and was really hoping to watch my local channels. The ROKU, etc got sort of old. We had to leave early due to my asthma flaring up.

In my opinion, the location was just perfect. Its literally right near everything. Our favorite thing was walking a few blocks over to Nicks pizza, which is great bc we're from NY and Nick used to make pizza in Brooklyn. This place isnt just NY pizza, its GOOD NY pizza. But the house is great and the property managers always responded very quickly. We'll definitely return to this place again-

I can’t tell you about my stay ; I rented the house for my kids from KY. I tried to give you their email, but that didn’t seem to work for you. I have not been in the house. I know they had a great time with the things they did. I heard no complaints about the house. They are a family of 7 so imagine it was cramped, but they did not complain.

Cute little house in a great location!

We had such a great time at this little house! The back yard is a fun hang out spot. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. We cooked several nights of our stay and didn’t feel cramped at all. It’s close enough to the beach to walk and not feel like you can’t go back for forgotten things or extras. Stocked with all the essentials, including beach chairs and wagon.
