- Primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- MAXIMUM capacity of 15 overnight guests; both guest count and ages of all guests will be confirmed prior to check-in.
- Parties, Gatherings, and Events with Non-Registered Guests are NOT allowed on the property.
- Noise should be kept to minimum so as to not disrupt neighbors. Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am.
- NO Pets.
- NO smoking or vaping inside or outside the home.
- Do NOT leave windows or exterior doors open.
- NO Lifeguard on duty: Use the swimming pool with caution and at own risk. NO DIVING!
- 4 vehicles MAXIMUM at any given time during your stay.
- Do NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- To heat the pool, it is $50/night of your stay. If you`re interested, please contact us prior to booking.
- There is an exterior camera that records video and audio.
