Welcome to Commodore 909, a beautifully updated Gulf-front condo on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This prime location is steps from the beach and within walking distance of local dining favorites, with marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront restaurant just minutes away.

The resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit. Direct beach access provides chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities.

This unit come with FREE BEACH SERVICE including two chairs and an umbrella (March-October)

2025 Upgrades:
New flooring, new quartz kitchen countertops, new front bathroom vanity, and two new toilets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay, and the only downfall was on the website and on OUR PAPERWORK, it states that this unit comes with complimentary beach chairs March-October however this was NOT CORRECT per the beach service and the office staff we had to pay for our beach chairs every single day. But even the paperwork that was given to us by security stated that we had complementary beach chairs and to find out that this was NOT true it was a huge let down for us.
