* Walk 1/2 block to beach in < 5 minutes.
* Best beach area in PCB! No buildings, no condos on Laguna Beach.
* Quiet uncrowded neighborhood.
* Dog friendly with fully fenced back yard and crate provided.
* Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided.
* Must be 25 to rent and supply photo ID if requested. Contract and a $300 security deposit hold required.

Perfect for a family or two with dogs. Plenty of space and a large back yard. Very close to the beach entrance, Thomas's Donuts, Carousel Supermarket, and the trolley line.
