The space

Welcome to 'Sugar Sands!'

This gorgeous 3-story home is the perfect place for your next getaway, offering top-of-the-line appliances, designer finishes, and the perfect location just minutes from everything!

Right you step through the front door, you're welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living room that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped chef's kitchen with an under-counter ice maker and seating for 5 at the breakfast bar. Just tucked around the corner, you'll find a charming dining nook, offering a cozy spot for meals or morning coffee. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the full laundry room as well as the first three bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second master also features a King bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The last bedroom on this floor is a cozy bunk room with one set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, perfect for kids!

Moving up to the third floor are the last two bedrooms, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom featuring dual vanities and a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom includes a Queen bed, while the final bedroom is a cozy bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and its own private balcony.

Outside, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or enjoy relaxing on the front porch!

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with some overflow parking in front of the home and multiple other parking pads throughout the community.

Located just steps from the Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, it's easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches! Throughout the neighborhood, you'll find charming cafés, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

For those who love the outdoors, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer birding, kayaking, and hiking, while golfers will enjoy being just minutes from Camp Creek Golf Club!

There is a pack n' play and air mattress available at the home for guests' use.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right by the home!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
