Excellent place to stay. I work at a local school and this was our Fall Break. Every year my husband and I, along with another couple, visit Panama City Beach in October. We love staying at Long Beach Resort because it is close to shopping and restaurants. This was our first time staying in tower 4 and in this condo. We had the best time. The condo was very clean. The host even provided floats and beach chairs if we wanted to use them.

The rooms are just as shown online, wirh a great view, this is convenient and perfect for a great time on the beach. The owners were quick to respond to my questions and proved to be wonderful, concerned hosts. This is our second stay in this same room, and has become our preference in Panama City Beach after over 40 years of visits!

Beautiful condo! Only complaint would be they advertised there was a gym at the resort but the gym was closed and sounds like it had been closed for a long time. My son had hoped to use it. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

Lovely unit with an amazing view and so close to shopping, restaurants, or anything else to be desired. The patio overlooking the water was a favorite spot of the family. Beach access couldn't be easier and the chairs/umbrella were always waiting for us in the morning. Unit and property were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. No hiccups at all and helped lead to a stress free vacation. We will definitely be back soon!

Long Beach Condos is a great complex, enjoyed the pools and snack shack on site. The location was great, walkable to several restaurants/shopping. A little busy during fall break, however our area on the beach was much less crowded than other condos. Everything was easy to do with our condo-check-in, parking, great communication with owner! 4 stars because bed and pillows were not super comfortable. Also, dryer didn’t work upon arrival. However, owner sent mechanic to fix this.

We had a great stay in Tower 4-1204. This was our first time staying at this resort and we loved it! We were on the 12th floor and it was very quick and easy to get to and from our room. Parking was very convenient and the pools were nice. All the towers are connected with a walkway on the ground level which made it very easy to explore the resort. I booked this unit because of the large balcony and views of the ocean, and it did not disappoint! Each room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, which was my favorite part. The unit was very clean, well stocked and overall felt like home. I would love to stay here again in the future!

We are regulars to Long Beach Resort, but new to this condo. It was truly perfect for our needs. We had myself, my husband, our 12 & 14 year olds along with my 76 year old Dad. We had plenty of room. This condo is very comfy, roomy, clean, exceptionally equipped kitchen and served us well for a week away. We will keep it saved and hope to book it again in the future. Long Beach has long been a favorite of our families with 2 smaller pools and one lagoon pool. The Hangout is quick and easy to grab a bite to eat by the pool. This unit comes with a set of beach chairs which are great. We had a great time and will look to book again.

From check-in til check-out we could not have asked for a more relaxed vacation ! We had absolutely no worries or issues and Barb is a sweetheart (sorry, from South :) )checking in to see if everything was fine and if we needed anything ! Pictures do not do justice for this beautifully decorated condo !! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook with and the beds were very comfortable and we did not have to wash one towel (sorry) because of the abundance in each master. We enjoyed our early morning sunrises and most of our sunsets out on the balcony. The 12th floor is something else - amazing pictures !! The beach chairs were a sweet bonus ! We recently sold our condo in Long Beach in 2018 & thought we would never find another "home away from home" condo to vacation in, BUT we have !! We will definitely book with you guys again, hopefully in the the very near future. Thank you for sharing your condo with us !!
