The property was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. However, the 4 o'clock check-in was a nightmare because everyone was trying to get into the building at once. If the room check in times were staggered it would be better on everyone.

We love it at the Summit! Right on the beach with 2 huge pools. They have a Tiki bar and Bikini Bobs to grab lunch. Our room was great.

The location was amazing. The parking lot and staff were also great. The building does need some updating but I believe they are working on that. We will definitely stay here again.

Not A Great Experience In 429 Summit

First I Had Paid Extra To Have a 3 Hour Early Check In It Took 1 HOUR For Correct Code To Get In ! Then Bathroom Toilet Was Full Of Poop ..We Had To Wash Dishes Before Use Had Dryed Food On Them Then Went To Turn Lamp On The Bulb Actually Was Hanging Out ??? BROKE !!! The Elevators Have Always Been A Nightmare There Staying On 1st or 2nd Floor is Your Best Bet ..... I Will Never Stay In 429 Or Anything Southern Owns I Have Pictures I Always Do Pictures When I Arrive

Reasonable

It was very nice but they only gave 1 face towel and the tv channels were hard to search for. The toilet was kind of loud when flushing and there were no stoppers for the tub or the kitxhen sink. Overall, I enjoyed it and it was a reasonable rate so we will be back very soon!!

This unit is old but was clean. It is not 2 bathrooms like we were told. It is a bath and a half, with a flimsy door btw the toilets that doesn’t close all the way. The bedroom (only one bedroom) is on the parking lot end. There are 2 bunks along the hallway, so not set up for 2 adult friends

Not so good vacation

The condo lacked basic ammenties (toilet tissue) the big towels were not cleaned and there was no face towels. The communication was poor with front desk. The locks didn't work on the bedroom door. Security gave a hard time.

The property is in a great location and we had a great time. The major issue is that I paid for a non smoke unit and I was provided with the opposite. As soon as we arrived we got a strong smell of cigarette in the master bedroom and the rest of the unit. Also the bathroom had a big hole on the wall. I had my 3 month old son with me so this is big negative for us.

We loved the room and the location communication prior to our arrival was off, I was sent a Code for the door then the day we were traveling was sent an email saying they need a CC on file which is fine but on the drive down wasn’t the time to be doing that due to cell service issues. We loved being on the 14th floor but the elevators at the resort were horrible they only had 2 and they were constantly breaking down and so hot inside. The pool isn’t open after dark and doesn’t open until 8 a.m so that was also disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
