  • Welcome to The Perch at Grand Panama! We are located on the 17th floor in Building 1 (beach side) of the Grand Panama Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida!

    Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features 1,135 square feet of comfort and luxury. The open floor plan flows gracefully with a distinguished coastal theme and perfect blend of textures and colors. This beachfront paradise offers stunning floor to ceiling windows and plenty of living space with comfortable seating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high end furnishings with granite counter tops, steel appliances and custom tile accents. The private balcony is furnished for comfortable lounging and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast. This condo will accommodate a total of 8 guests.
