Lovely Beach front Condo With Shared Pool, Central Location!

The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 220 from 10/24 - 11/8. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Beautiful newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1.5 Bath, 2nd-floor unit with breathtaking views!!!  Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer combo.  Find yourself steps from the beach at this spacious, family-friendly condo. Enjoy incredible views of the sugar white sands from your balcony, or prepare full meals and beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen. On the ground level, work up a sweat in the fitness room, cool off in the shared pools, or walk right out onto the beach for days of fun in the surf and sun. With the perfect location and all this condo offers, what's not to love?!

Fish off the pier or indulge in a little retail therapy at Pier Park, just a short drive from this rental. For family fun, race around the track or play a few rounds of mini-golf at Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, play on the waterslides at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, or check out the fascinating exhibits at WonderWorks and Ripleys Believe It or Not. And be sure to visit St. Andrews State Park for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing.
