This hotel’s at a very good place for shopping and dining. It’s very quiet however so terribly inside the room: very reeking of urine; the sound of AC likes plane engine; shower towel’s yellow stains. So disappointed!

Staff were very friendly! Breakfast was great! Very cold ac in room! Hallways smelled bad, probably from old carpet. Long black hair in my bathroom on arrival. Sheets had “water” marks one side, gross. Door stop that folds put as a second stopper was broken. Transition piece from carpet to bathroom was broken. Someone programmed the clock in the room to go off at 4am… was not me and I stayed alone. I will not be coming back. Thanks

The front desk clerk Mrs. Anita was very polite and helpful with all directions and details. There wasn’t anything that I or my husband didn’t like we loved our suite we stayed in. It was very nice and quiet and so peaceful.
