"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Easy to get to from the central train station, by tram, bus or walking. Most tourist places are walkable although there are good public transport links. Plenty of good restaurants, and cafes nearby. "

He was especially thoughtful with one of our children who is coeliac, taking the time to ensure they had safe and tasty options, and making us feel completely at ease. Rainer also gave us great suggestions for things to see and do around the city — his local knowledge made a big difference. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing stay!"

"You know that feeling when you walk into a hotel and think, "Aye, this'll do"? Well, this wasn't that. This was, "Bloody hell, this is brilliant!" They upgraded me to an executive room - and I swear it was bigger than my first flat. Spotless, comfy, and one of those places you actually want to come back to after a day stomping round Berlin. Breakfast? Outstanding. None of this sad wee bit of toast nonsense - proper variety, good coffee, and enough to keep you fuelled till dinner. And the staff! Friendly without being fake, the kind of people who make you feel like a guest rather than a nuisance with luggage. Location's spot on too - easy to get about, but not stuck in the middle of tourist mayhem. Absolutely loved it. If you're coming to Berlin, book this place. If you're not coming to Berlin, book it anyway and find an excuse."

"Best hotel gym ever! Full floor of weights, machines, and stretching area, with water and cleaner. Setting is in the heart of the historic sights, and close to the river and great dining. Room was large and comfortable, with buttons for DND and cleaning. Front desk was very attentive. Would stay again!"
