"Booked this place for 3 people, total 1 week stay. I paid over $6000 for three of us to be all inclusive. Once we got there they told us all inclusive includes Smirnoff vodka, and any drinks under 12$. So they have all their drinks at over $13+. "Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. Whenever the hotel staff entered my room to clean, refill the fridge or turn down for the evening my door was left unsecured.
