Really nice hotel for the week, indoor and outdoor pools were really nice, rooms nice, loads of breakfast options, bit of a walk from busier areas but really good hotel. Will stay again if I return to Paphos.
The location is superb, with easy access to the sea, and great facilities with indoor/outdoor pools, together with really attentive and supportive staff mean this is a great option for a holiday. Would highly recommend it.
Overlooking the water, with access to a lovely promenade, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, this was an incredible find! We pre-ordered shabbat meals and they were excellent, delicious and plentiful food. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere and we plan to come back!
Staff were so helpful and pleasant. They saw i had all i needed to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to returning ,, next time for longer!!!
Good hotel with good location. The only problem is that the double bed is really small for tow persons and they need a really black out curtains.

Nice stay, friendly staff and a quick check in service.
The breakfast and room facilities in the room suite was good.
The bit that let the hotel down a tad were the areas of damaged interior fixtures and the exterior of the main entrance. Im guessing that like most of hotels at this time of the year, they are trying to get these areas sorted.
Overall a pleasant stay.
Kosher restaurant within the Hotel provides an easy way to feed a Halakhic stomach, also Beit Knesset allows to pray and appointed Rav is always of service to the community, looking forward to produce Minian by Shacharit. Pools are clean, suites are spacious and fully furnished. Beach front. Several Elevators.
Property was in good condition. Hotel isnt all kosher. There was a strong smell of extermination. Pool was very nice and the ground rooms go straight out to the pool.

Good value, great facilities and nice breakfast
Hotel more positives than negatives, overall good value for money. Hotel in great location opposite the sea with beautiful coastal walks in both directions. Heated indoor pool with hot tub etc., very good for our February holiday. The room and bed was spacious and cleaned/change of towels everyday and overall the hotel was very clean. The breakfast choice was abundant and displayed nicely. The hotel arranged free transfer to/from paphos airport. The only negative is that it needed general maintenance and a lot of tlc which is a shame to let this lovely hotel to fall in disrepair.

There is no effective communication with the Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel. They are non-responsive. Poor coordination with the Capital Coast hotel with whom they work.
The chef made tasty kosher food and was friendly.

The hotel is in need of repair
I'll start with the staff and service - super, polite, helpful. The location is good, the beach is nearby, shops are also nearby. And then there's nothing left: the whole building needs repair, the paint is peeling on the balcony, the wall in the bathroom is cracked. We visited in January, so the indoor pool is drained (you can still swim), but the sauna and jacuzzi are terrible. English breakfast, half, coffee taste - 5 points. The tiles are cracked in many places, the elevator is also in need of repair.
The location is excellent. Close to the attractions. Breakfast is excellent. With vast variety of food selection every morning. There are multiple pools. Outdoor pool for adult and kids. And and indoor pool. It also have a gym. The room we stay in is salacious. We are family of 4. We requested a room with a seaside view and that is what we got. Enjoying the view of the sea every morning and seeing the sun set in the evening.
Howeve saying all of this, the hotel need a bit of a makeover. Some paints are starting to pill off and the sofas in the reception needs updating. Apart from those things everything I can say is good. I will definitely stay here again the next time.
The overall location is amazing and even tho the space next to the hotel is public it was very clean.
There is a small sand beach but generally speaking its mostly rocky along the coast.

Front Desk are unfriendly, one of them is always shouting and argumentative. The phone in my room is not working, TV channel is limited to five Greek channels only and no English speaking . Construction noise next to the hotel starts at 7:15 am.
The hotel corridors feel like a hospital. The hotel needs some Tender Loving Care. There seems like a lack of staff on hand to assist guests, compared to more upmarket hotels. The bathrooms have signs to put the toilet paper into bins, rather than be able to flush the paper down the toilet. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, with no beach or sites in near walking distance from the hotel beach side. The deck chairs are in poor condition. The kosher food options are limited and the food tends to be spicy.

It was very difficult to communicate with the Blue Lagoon staff before or during our visit. They did not reply to emails and there was no telephone access. There was no information that the Blue Lagoon is hosted in the Capital Coast Hotel so there was much confusion regarding our arrival and transportation to the hotel. We had trouble accessing kosher food beyond breakfast. The connection between the hotel and the kosher services were poor making it difficult to access kosher services in a timely manner.
Also, the hotel WIFI did not work well in the guest rooms which complicated internet access.
