The management team are amazing here! You can contact them easily and they respond very quickly, warmly and politely, at any time of day. I was pleasantly surprised to find my stay had been upgraded. The property was spacious, safe and well placed. You have every utensil needed if you want to cook for yourself, and there is plenty of storage space. I really liked waking up to the sunshine and having a balcony to enjoy. Lucas Towers and the Seashells Apartments are located just off the main road, but they don't feel busy or congested. When I booked my day trips across the sea and land, my tour guides could easily pick me up from outside or nearby. You will find bus stops, the late night supermarket, a 24 hour ATM, a very friendly English restaurant called Tea for Two, and the beautiful beach, all within a 5 minute stroll of the apartments and towers. You are also well placed on the bus route to and from town, the mall, the airport and the archeological sites. For a cheap and cheerful holiday, this was a terrific find and at a really good price. As a female solo traveller, I was pleased that the rooms and windows have locks, and there are motion triggered lights and security cameras. You will feel very safe! Seashells Apartments also have a reception, which is open most of the day. The property is great for a short stay and I loved that the management team were super friendly! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay! ❤️

Everything you need for a short holiday

Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

The flat was confortable except for one point: It was located right by the swimming pool and some guests happened to be extremely noisy either early in the morning (before 8:00) or late at night (after 11pm) and this was very annoying during our stay

Fair accommodation for the price.

We used this place as a stop gap between checking out of our villa at 1000 and flights at 2300 so we had a place to stay, charge phones, fresehen up and use our last day to its fullest. Price was the main driver for staying here and it was pretty cheap with enough around to keep the kids entertained. Ample restaurants, shops and beach within walking distance which was really good. Cons- no smoke alarm in the apartment and some of the windows had bars on them so no escape through those in an emergency. Air-con comes at additional charge. Pros- customer services very helpful and kind. Cooking facilites, though dated served their purpose very well. Beds very clean and comfortable. Wifi was free and good.

No microwave, no coffee maker, not enough crockery, though these were all included in the description. No housekeeping visit for the whole week (though one was promised) so sheets and towels were not changed and we had to buy toilet paper. There was a €5 charge per day for aircon which was not in the description. The fridge was very old with spots of rust and noisy. Definitely not 4 star, only a 3 star max. If we had received everything (the basics) that was stated in the description it would have been much more comfortable. Good area for restaurants, walking distance to the sea front, from where its a nice walk to Paphos harbour

The apartment has everything you need, whether you are staying for just a few days or for a longer holiday. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away. A brilliant place to stay. The receptionist George was amazing. So friendly, happy and gave us loads of brilliant advice! The place itself was large, very clean and brilliant location. For English travellers, it’s worth noting that the plugs are English, which is brilliant. There’s so many facilities and a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. No cockroaches too, which having heard horror stories from other places I was chuffed about.

Beyond expectations

We visited Paphos for one night to fly off the next morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will visit again for sure. The apartment was spacious, clean, affordable, and perfectly located for strolls along the seaside promenade of Kato Paphos. Highly recommended.

Never again! Dirty sheets, uncomfortable beds, electricity disconnected twice in one night where we don’t have heat. I tried to get out of my booking on the second night but they refused. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you can at all cos!

Nice place and fair value for the price. It's close to the sea, in a dead end road so no through traffic, nice little pool, nice little balcony with the sun in the morning for a sunny breakfast outside, and generally quite spacious. It was a bit cold as we didn't have a remote control for the AC/heating, and the blanket was a bit thin, with the second blanket it was ok. Toilet seat was loose, so better sit down carefully.
