"Room could have been a bit bigger but had modern amenities. Not a lot of places to eat in area but we tried the two across the street and they were great!"

"Cute little hotel located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the airport. We had an early morning departure and the front desk arranged a shuttle to take us and one other hotel guest to the airport. The shuttle showed up promptly and the hotel worked perfectly for a one day trip. We took a taxi to downtown Florence and enjoyed the sights prior to departure."

"The property was great. The rides on the tram were anything but good. Crowded, my travel companion had his cell phone stolen by a pickpocket on our first day. The second day, another thief got his waller out of a zippered pocket under his shirt, but someone on the train saw it. We were able to chase the thief and he threw the wallet on the ground. Hold everything very close to you. Florence was beautiful, but I would never go there again. In the two days there, there were at least acts...
