I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center.

We were looking for a hotel on our way home (to Germany) with a pool for the kids and an electric charging station. Pool was great, drinks expensive (probably regular Swiss prices) but delicious and breakfast huge variety. Parking garage with electric charging was next door, but we had to pay the parking garage price and the charging, since it doesn’t belong to the hotel. Overall a nice stay for one night.

Nice hotel, unhelpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with great breakfast. But strange that the hotel would run out of coffee for the rooms for 2 of the days I was there. Not just a random Miss but also the same for colleagues at the hotel. Front desk nor the bar they sent us to could help us get coffee. At checkout the staff just laughed and said sorry.
