While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that impacted my overall experience. The room we selected was advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation; however, it only had one bathroom, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping was another challenge—cleaning was consistently scheduled between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, which coincided with the time we were getting ready for the day. If we were in the room during that time, the staff did not return later, resulting in missed cleanings. Additionally, on the second day of our stay, we unfortunately found a cockroach in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom itself also needs improvement: the toilet was not functioning properly most of the time, and the shower space was quite small and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful and kind, which we appreciated. Overall, while the service from staff was commendable, the inaccuracies in the room listing, housekeeping schedule, and maintenance issues need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

Once Exclusive, but It Has Clearly Lost Its Shine This may have been a beautiful and exclusive resort when it first opened, but unfortunately, that level of quality is no longer present. The property now feels dated, poorly maintained, and very different from what is advertised online. Our suite did not match the photos or description on Expedia. The interior was outdated, the taps and shower fixtures were old, and the television was not even connected. The outdoor terrace belonging to the suite was in a very poor condition and looked neglected and untidy. This was especially disappointing because we had booked the suite expecting a comfortable and luxurious experience. The service around the swimming pool was extremely slow, and several mistakes were made with our orders. Although the food itself was tasty, the overall dining experience was ruined in the evening by rats running across the terrace while we were eating. That made us feel very uncomfortable and turned what should have been an enjoyable dinner into a very unpleasant experience. The resort still has potential and may once have deserved its exclusive reputation, but it urgently needs proper maintenance, renovation, better staff training, and much more attention to hygiene. Based on the current condition of the property and the experience we had, it does not live up to the image presented online or the standard one would expect for the price. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool. The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt. U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.
