Custo benefício e boa localização!

Fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção em um "late check-in", o quarto era confortável e o banheiro bem limpo. O café da manhã muito bem servido e sortido e a equipe bem solícita. Parabéns! As áreas comuns do hotel são mais antigas, mas isso não é um problema!

Precisam de mais atenção

Começou que não me colocaram no quarto que reservei, minha reserva era para um quarto com cama de casal e fiquei em quarto com cama de viúvo (solteiro grande). O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, pedi para a recepção verificar e fui informado que estava tudo certo, tive que dormir com o ar desligado, o barulho não me deixava dormir. O hotel estava cheio e por isso o tempo de espera para a janta estava bem grande, fiquei uma hora esperando uma salada, dois dias seguidos. O hotel poderia colocar mais uma pessoa para ajudar na cozinha quando o hotel estiver lotado. Isso se aplica ao café da manhã também, as coisas acabavam e a reposição demorava muito.

Atendimento ótimo, a atendente que nos recebeu foi muito legal, mas não tinha quarto para nós, tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora, o quarto era super pequeno, não acomodava 3 pessoas, então colocaram uma cama de criança para um adulto dentro de um quarto que mau cabia a cama de casal, aí o ar pifou, não tinha quarto para três, a solução foi separar nos 3, mas a atendente foi tão legal conosco que nem reclamamos.

Boa estadia!

A estadia foi boa, o local estava bem limpo e o quarto confortável. Banheiro muito bom. A única questão é que o secador só tinha vapor frio, mas não foi um grande problema. A comida do café da manhã é incrível e muito saborosa.

Vale a pena, uma boa opção.

Fiquei no quarto 212, quarto pequeno, sem muito espaço, mas, confortável. Quarto com ar condicionado Split, frigobar, armário grande e cama de casal. A unica coisa que me incomodou foi a cama ter dois box de solteiro juntos e aí fica uma "fenda" no meio da cama. Os travesseiros eram bons.

Decepcinante

Gostaria de relatar minha experiência durante minha última estadia. Notei que houve uma melhoria em relação à minha hospedagem anterior, com bom atendimento no check-in e o quarto limpo e arrumado. No entanto, surgiram alguns problemas que comprometeram a qualidade da minha estadia. Ar condicionado: O ar condicionado mudava de temperatura sozinho, mesmo após ajustes no controle remoto. Água quente: Não havia água quente disponível. Fomos informados que, devido ao grande número de pessoas tomando banho ao mesmo tempo, teríamos que esperar. Infelizmente, isso nos obrigou a tomar banho frio na primeira noite. Higiene do café da manhã: Pela manhã, encontramos uma pequena barata próxima à mesa de sucos, o que é inaceitável. Falta de gás: Após retornar de uma prova de corrida, tudo que queríamos era um banho quente. Fomos informados de que o gás havia acabado e nos disponibilizaram o banheiro de outro quarto com chuveiro elétrico. No entanto, ao retornar ao hotel na mesma noite, o problema do gás ainda não havia sido resolvido e nos pediram para trocar de quarto, o que foi um grande inconveniente devido ao horário. Espero que essas questões sejam abordadas e resolvidas, pois apesar das melhorias, esses problemas afetaram significativamente a nossa experiência. hotel tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar em questões primordiais
